BMG hasn't been paid for the discs!!!!!!

Subject "RUMOR" buried DEEP inside another thread. That explains why AU hasn't fulfilled our orders.

Cancel your order, call your credit card company NOW or you may never see that money again...or the discs.

File a claim for non-receipt of goods. Generally you just have to sign a statement and your credit card company will refund the charges, overcharges, and interest.

Get out NOW while you still have a chance to see those greenbacks again!!!

Webster's:
Rumor:
1. General talk not based on definite knowledge; mere gossip; hearsay
2. An unconfirmed report, story, or statement in general circulation.

If you know it's only a rumor, then why did you tell everyone to cancel their orders with AU?

Why?....because it makes sense.

Do you really think that it takes this many weeks to put DVDs into slip cases or whatever the hell it is that Ross alleges he is waiting on BMG to do?

They are actually doing that at BMG, so that is not the issue.

Ok, so why does it take so many weeks to put DVDs into the slipcases?

If you know that is being done, why don't you know exactly how much longer it is going to take and what the hold up is?

like I said

Hmmm, despite the lack of an underscore in the username, we still get the fabulous world of incorrect grammar, spelling, and punctuation!

ever hear that question from the "book of questions":

"would you rather be happy and stupid, or sad and intelligent?"

at least we know that dude is happy.

Not to get TOO off topic here, but my friend gave me "The Movie Book of Answers" for my birthday - it's like a Magic 8 Ball except the answers are movie quotes. When I asked about our newest friend, the answer I got was "It could be bogus" (Duckie, Pretty in Pink).

:D

When I asked the book about the DVD set, the book told me, "You get what you settle for" (Louise, Thelma & Louise).

Man, I love this thing!

That's pretty cool, and appropriate too.
