What about the people who were overcharged???

I think it's great that you are offering some sort of compensation for everyone who has been forced to wait, but what about people like me who have been fighting for months to get our money back. I am not talking about a refund, I am talking about the overcharge(s) made to my, and many other's, account(s). Yes, the delay in the shipment of the DVD has upset me, but I can partly accept it. It is the double charge made to my account back in August that initially made me angry, and the lack of action that has continued to fester my disgust. Are you planning on compensating us somehow? Of course, finally crediting my money would be a nice first step, considering its been 2 months since you stole from me.
