AU's poor communication

what I don't understand is why AU never contacted customers about what was going on... I placed my order back in march... and put it in the back of my mind... and didn't even check the boards for updates... then suddenly I get a double charge, so I check the boards, and find out that I'm just one of the many who have experienced this. I got the double charge corrected after many phone calls and a letter sent directly to AU. Can anyone enlighten my on this?
A company that would treat it's customers does not deserve our business. I urge everyone to switch to Amazon... I really doubt that the extra stuff is really worth the difference.
BTW, can anyone share the love?
