Ross- Will AU offer a credit to us pre-orderers?

Ross- Will AU offer a credit to us pre-orderers who ordered at your price in light of the Amazon.com discounted price?
Or will AU charge us the same amount for something we can just cancel and buy somewhere else, meaning AU gets NO money?
And don't give me the 'bonus disc and bonus lunch box' junk. Those are BONUS, meaning we don't pay for them, meaning they don't figure into this at all.

No we won't be able to do that. We can do other things, but reducing the price like that is not something that we can do.
If you would like to cancel it, just e-mail me and I'll get it done.

If we cancel it, will it take months to get the correct amount refunded to us? Your phone-boy seemed to think that that would be the case.

Same way I am dealing with the outstanding credits, I'll handle any cancelations myself to make sure they are done.

Ross-
My delemma is that I ordered two of these sets, one through
"
dvdmovies@yahoo.com" and one through "
dvdfilms@yahoo.com"
Now, I am finding that I want to cancel one set, but I am fearful
that both will get cancelled, especially since the double-bill fiasco.
Your suggestion?
Mark

Pick one order to cancel and e-mail me. I'll deal with it.

So, please tell us what AU intends to do, Ross. I read last night that you would be forthcoming in an answer to this, but there's been nothing yet. Let us know why we should keep our orders with AU open! And I would like a real answer to this; not the typical "we'll have an answer in a few days."

Why not?
What other things?
I'm feeling like I've been ripped off to the tune of $40 for the privelege of ordering something nine months before there's any hope of me getting it.
Convince me not to cancel. Please! Give me a reason. You don't even seem to care if people do or not.
