Anyone who is still waiting for a credit could you please e-mail me with your order number in the subject, and preferably from the e-mail address you ordered from?

Put a short note as to how you reported it in the first place - phone, e-mail, customer service form etc.

I want to go through them myself in the next week and check everyone's orders.

Jason, if you could make this a sticky post I'd appreciate it.

what if we don't know our order number?

Pete,

All they need to look up your order number is your full name. I never received a conrete receipt of my purchase and the electronic receipt I recieved almost 8 months ago is long gone on a previous computer. But I've called AU with only my name and address and they were able to give me my info.

Merely an e-mail assuring me he would look into the matter. Then probably laugh and start up another company and project to collect more cash.

What about...?

What about all of the people double charged who do not visit this forum? Wouldn't a mass e-mail be more a more effective way to make sure no one due a refund is overlooked?

That's what a normal person who feels a responsiblity to their company's customers might think, but we're talking about AU.

Still no sign of a refund for my doublecharge, despite an e-mail over a week ago from Ross saying he'll sort it out.

How difficult can it be to refund my money? :?

I would like to say that I was doublecharged at the end of March for TWO DVD sets and still have not been refunded. Unfortunately, I noticed the first charge (beginning of March) and missed the second charge at the bottom of my bill. They actually tried to triplecharge me in July, but I had changed my address so it didn't go through. Lucky me. I really don't understand how they could try to charge me again in July "by accident." I can understand the March charge being a mistake, but I'm really fed up with this whole situation. I've called AU 3 times, emailed Ross, filled out the drygrass, etc. and nothing yet. My credit card company said I couldn't dispute the charge because it happened more than 60 days ago. Argh.

I haven't seen a refund yet either. When I asked to have my order cancelled I received a reply in a few hours. Now I haven't heard from Ross for a few days since I asked him when he was planning on having my credit processed.
Just emailed Jason and filled out the DryGrass form like he asked to try and help things out.
