Constructive ways to voice your opinions

I'm sure it's been brought up here before but there's seemingly more effective ways to express your opinions instead of taking it out on the poor people from the company that still log in and read messages here.

Better Business Bureau reports:

You can either manually enter anotheruniverse.com or enter "another universe". However the customer service information from their site differs from the information the BBB has. It may be better to do it manually since the company's records are likely more up to date than the BBB's. The form itself takes about 15 minutes to complete.

I found this site just searching on the web, there's only one entry about anotheruniverse.com. Perhaps they need some more. Just take your BBB entry and email it to them.

E-mail the California Attorney general's office with the complaint.

Also may want to email the Sacramento Chamber of Commerce to voice your concerns and see what they have to say.

chamber@metrochamber.org

Keep in mind that more than net trolls will read your complaints. Therefore well-written english in complete sentences without any obscenities or illegal threats best serve our cause.

Good: "I promise to let everyone I meet for the rest of my life know how your company has kept my money after I requested a refund multiple times. I hope this dissuades a lot of your future customers from shopping with you."

Bad: "Your company sucks, I'm gonna beat the sh*t out of you."

Why retaliate against anotheruniverse.com when they've agreed to take on this project? Simple, fandom is fandom but business is business. When a business takes it upon itself to massively double charge and then not immediately bump correcting those double charges to the very TOP of their to do list then they do not deserve to exist.

Please take the time to effectively respond to anotheruniverse.com's actions rather than berating the individuals that come on here and give updates.
