Just wanted to say, to all you people who have been overcharged at some point during this whole chinese firedrill, I FEEL YA!
I've sent AU an email through the CS form at their site...also emailed Jason, although I'm not sure I should have, and did the whole drygrass form thing. Am I forgetting anything?
(You'd think that would be more then enough, but knowing AU, I want to make sure I've done everything I can!)

well, aside from actually calling Wade @ AU, I don't think there's much else you can do except wait just like the rest of us...btw, I was over charged in August and I am still waiting...
