Part 1: Recycling:

So I was reading many of the old dvd related posts starting back in January. At this point most of what we are doing is recycling old ideas. Actually, as a result of reading old posts, I decided to edit one of my posts today because I realized what I said was stupid. I probably wouldn't have posted anything if it wasn't such a slow day at work.

We know from the poll and people's comments that many people have been overcharged and we know what to do about it [request a refund by calling (USA) or emailing (international) AU then dispute the charges with your bank or credit card company if you don't receive a credit within a reasonable amount of time].

Part 2: My proposal:

To redirect ourselves to happier thoughts and to stop worrying about things out of our control, I propose that those of us who have a MSCL episode or episodes on video pick a time and watch an episode together and at the same time do an internet chat. Maybe it is a dumb idea, but it might be fun. With the timezones it might also be tricky, but anyways that's my simple idea.

actually, i have a slow modem connection, or i'd try to broadcast the episode using my webcam, for anyone that didn't have the episode at home. or maybe the webcam view of a tv screen is so terrible that it isn't worth it.
