Does anyone know if we get billed when the boxes are shipped???

Should I have already been billed for the full set if I pre-ordered back in FEB?

Should I have gotten an email notifying me about the billing?

Is there anywhere online where i can check the status of my order to make sure it wasn't cancelled??

And lastly, will we be emailed when the box is shipped?

i haven't been billed or anything either for the set....no email confirmation....no snail mail confirmation...i called for an order number...all i've paid is the 20 dollar deposit.

so...i called wade...repeatedly (poor guy he's heard from me so much)...and the last time he told me that for orders like mine(paid the deposit by check) that we'll be billed after we get the sets.

as to when the sets are shipped out...i'm thinking end of september...because bmg hasn't given au the dvds yet and that would take at least two weeks i heard...and that was a week before the 17th. so end of sept. there's other posts about it.

Um, I hate to confuse you further, but I too paid the deposit by check but I was billed for the remainder shortly thereafter. Well, to be precise, they billed me the full price, even though they confirmed my $20 deposit. I may have to give ol' Wade a call just to see where I stand...

AHHHH then...what should i do? man...i'm thinking that wade is just telling me these things just to get me off his back...if i dont get a set...i'm going to be really sad....and MAD that they handled htis really poorly. Hmm...what should i do!!!

That exactly what i am worried about too. I still have the confirmation email and the online receipt from the deposit so i'll throw that at them if I don't get my box.

Seriously? They said we're going to have the sets in our hands before they ask for the remainder of what we owe. That sounds unlikely, even for a business as badly run as AU.

But at least that would mean I wouldn't have to wait for my money order to travel overseas to them, get cleared, them process my order, and then ship the set out.

By the way, I'm pretty sure someone mentioned that AU's number is free(I have no idea about US's phone prefixes), is that so? and, does that include overseas?(doubtful I know)
