Actually there has been very little problem with this. Last count I saw, less than 10 people had choosen to cancel (including you). Actually a vast majority of the international customers are repeat customers. And while they do buy some exclusives, most of our sales are currently available products....

Disc one will be the same as the current release. Disc 2-5 will be episodes 4-19, and bonus material. That way any fan that bought the first disc doesn't have to re-buy it from us (I personally hate it when that happens to me).

so far the sub-title decision is that we are re-authoring the first DVD (to add sub-titles and improve the quality) and we'll be putting French, Spanish, German and English subs on every episode.
