Interesting take Nostradamus, if I understand correctly rather than solving the problem of discrimination you'd rather make the discrimination acceptable by having it privately funded. Wasn't the nearly exclusively weak and annoying programming enough for PBS' bad image, do they really need to come ...

I'm chornically single so Valentine's is no big deal to me. I don't hate it, I think I'd like it less if I were in a relationship. The pressure combined with cheesiness might be more than I'd like. But as a single person it doesn't make me feel alienated or pressure me to find someone. Interestingly...

Wow that dress is terrible, even if it weren't so trashy it would still be just plain ugly. One of my favourite quotes from the article is "If my daughter had the body to wear it, I'd let her!". What the hell does that mean? I guess if you're daughter is over weight or flat chested you'd just have t...

Much like MSCL, F&G was a great show, 19 episodes, and cancelled. I HIGHLY recommend this show because not only are the 1980's characters great, but the soundtrack that follows the episodes is like an additional character. I never knew I liked music from 1980 so much. I agree F&G is a great show, d...

I don't get this. I have a footprint of 4 and we need 2.2 planets for everyone to live like I do but Kristin's is 9 and needs 2.1 planets to for everyone to live like she does?! I'm in the US and you are in Canada... is that the difference? The avg. hecter-thing(?) for the US is 24. What's the avg....

I agree starbug, it's scary. IMO the German gov't has scared the world enough, do they really need to be forcing their citizens into the sex trade? Are we going to see women disfiguring themselves to avoid being raped by the state? It does present a good argument for other courntries not to legalize...

Fnordboy suggested Bright Eyes to me a little over a year ago. I picked up Fevers and Mirrors shortly after, I also reccomend you check that one out. I love the album but haven't bought any of his other music. The countryish one sounds interesting though. I think I'll put on some Bright eyes right n...

I don't get this. I have a footprint of 4 and we need 2.2 planets for everyone to live like I do but Kristin's is 9 and needs 2.1 planets to for everyone to live like she does?! I tried changing my answers to see what I could do to improve and apparently if I made the two small changes of becoming v...

Turns out I was just being pissy, blowing smoke. As soon as I was in a store selling ROTK EE I bought it. I was however happy to see that there was an insert offer to mail away for the holding case within Canada.

This is actually from a couple of years ago but I still think it's worth mentioning. My sister bought me a "Chicken Soup for the Pet Lover's Soul" day planner. It was an insane purchase as I was annoyed by the bombardment of "Chicken Soup for the Soul" merchandise and I an not a pet owner. However I...
