This is the only show I wish I had an end date for so I can gauge my anticipation for resolutions. (Does that make sense?) Yes, I know how you feel. It's like it would be easier to watch if I knew how many total seasons there will be. (my guess is 6, btw) ... and some polar bears again would be goo...

Yeah, one episode at a time is frustratingly slow. I enjoyed the second season much more when I was able to watch it on DVD - several hours in a row actually leads somewhere! (yes I know I'm a huge dork/loser.) I heard a few things the writers will reveal in S.3: [spoiler]how Locke ended up in a whe...

I haven't had a bad year so far, really - just a bad day. I didn't want to start a new thread. This week I've actually been quite happy because my fiancé is coming to visit Friday. But today sucked. The sucky part was at work this afternoon. My boss usually has candy in her office for the students b...

I know this topic has died down quite a bit since the last season ended of course, but now that we are two weeks into Season 3 I wanted to add a few thoughts.... I haven't been overtly surprised by anything in the first two episodes of Season 3. Of course, there is still plenty of time and even thou...

I think Kristen Bell was in "Reefer Madness"... or the one about marijuana that was a musical recently... I think that's the title...???

Here's how I thought of the Deviled Egg: I wanted something simple, and I got some super cute red heels recently that I want to wear. But I don't have enough red clothes to make a full-devil costume work. So I looked around on the internet for ideas, but I would have had to buy a bunch of stuff for ...

All right, I figured out what my costume will be this year: A Deviled Egg. I'm going to dress in all white, tape/pin a yellow paper circle to my belly, wear red shoes and red devil horns. Voila! Deviled egg. Love it.

Why does she always seem to play rednecks? (or at least in my limited TV watching, that's the only type of role I've seen her as...) I'm not crazy about my original idea of redneck... a girl might just end up looking like a hooker. Of course, don't we all look like that on Halloween, no matter what ...

I never have any money for a costume. So I usually throw on some stuff I wouldn't normally wear together. I think this year if there is a party I might dress as an over-the-top redneck - like cut-off jean shorts, a bra and tube top, overkill on the makeup, teased hair or something. I don't know, I h...

I think Brian is just a teenage boy annoyed with the holidays, and he said something to reflect that. Lots of kids say things they may not fully understand the background of. But, Brian is booksmart... maybe not religion smart! He's just annoyed here.

My fiance moved about 1,000 miles away from me a couple of months ago for school. I have this one last year here, and he's just starting two years there. It's looking really unlikely that I'll move out there next year when I'm done with school, I probably won't be able to afford it. I must admit tha...

The Last Kiss

Has anyone else seen The Last Kiss yet? I saw it over the weekend and I really loved it. It was quite emotional, gritty, real, lovely, uncomfortable, intense, silly, and fun. Quite a mix, I know. But it was great and I highly recommend it if you enjoyed Garden State. Zach Braff and the rest of the c...

Thanks Sascha. I've been an avid reader of Zach's blog ever since it was the Garden State blog. I remember he wrote about the radio show - I think it was about two weeks ago - and I intended to listen to it over the internet, but I went out of town at the last minute. I will definitely check out the...

You can see a photo of Jared Leto with Stephen Baldwin (!) at the Marc Jaobs show here.
Ewww, they both look gross in that picture.
