Another Universe Update

The FAQ posted is mostly accurate. And very welcome. We are still waiting on BMG to finish the set. They had a couple of delays, and apparently didn't realize that we wanted the set to ship to us in a slipcase. While I know the lunchbox is going to be cool packaging, I doubt most of you will want to...

Re: DVD release date

gee, that's great! Did you guys delay the date so you could bill my credit card for the FOURTH time? No, and in fact, I'm hoping that I'll be able to pick them up from the factory in South Carolina and begin shipping them from there the week of September 2, but that'll depend on BMG. Who is respons...

Re: USELESS

So, I emailed Ross early this morning about my being triple-billed, since he seems to be begging people to email him about this sort of thing. As of eight hours later, nada from him or from any of the other AU people I have been emailing for the past week. Just because you didn't get a reply to you...

Mike who would normally be working on the form was out of the office. If you filled out the form, he'll deal with it when he's back in the office tomorrow.

Re: worse and worse

I was told to email Ross too. I did...twice...no response, no money back. This past Wednesday I filled out one of those mscl customer service forms and my credit card was refunded on Friday. Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems to me that e-mailing Ross accomplished nothing except wasting my time. [/quote...

Re: Wait for the Better Business Bureau to email you!!!

You'll be getting no email from me. I called Wade (that name sound familiar ROSS?) at your (888) number almost 3 weeks ago and the problem still hasn't been corrected. Well since he regularly deals with all the incoming calls, it isn't surprising. However if all you needed to do was either e-mail m...

If you got the e-mail that the credit was being processed then it's on its way. If you don't see it within a couple of days then e-mail me. We've run into a problem of people filling the form, and then calling and doing another request for a credit. We're checking on both systems, and check to make ...

Re: Excuses, excuses from AU

After reading about more new overcharges on this newsgroup, I thought it wise to check my credit card activity online. I would really like to have you e-mail me directly. Really, really, really. I can't fix a problem if you stay anonymous. ross@annotheruniverse.com I just need your order number or ...

Either use gord's form or e-mail me direct. No we don't use post it notes, but we are using legacy software and a patch to our credit card processor. And when the data is some how interacted with (on our side or on theirs) sometime it runs old orders back through again. But it is mostly just an auth...

Why don't both of you e-mail me at ross@anotheruniverse.com and I'll check on it first thing Monday and get back to you.

In fact, I'll post the results here. Or you can.

In all the times I've asked people to e-mail me, I've only gotten a couple. But I've fixed their problem as quickly as I could.

If this wasn't so blatent, it'd almost be funny. I heard from the VP of sales at BMG yesterday regarding a number of things, one of which almost makes sense now. He told me he thought someone might be trying to take away the MSCL DVD from us and move it to another company. It won't happen, but that ...
