Regardless, we cannot ship product that they haven't delivered to us. When they do, we'll be able to deliver all the orders outstanding. Until then, we are just in a late shipping status. On this point i would have to go along with Ross. I know i personally don't want another bullshit shipping date...

I agree. Jason has saved me 230 dollars. Well atleast 115 of it...dont know if the other was refunded yet. I am down for sending out something. Or buying a round or two lol. Since i am in the nyc area.

I can't understand why in the world they posted the 9/17 date. I don't know if their waiting to get the DVD's in their hands before they tell us another shipping date or what, however it seems to me that a company that really cared about its customers would give them some kind of update on the situ...
