Well, I finally filed a complaint with the IFCC, and I emailed Ross to tell him so hopefully that will encourage him to refund my money.

Can someone who has "threatened legal action" and had it work for them please tell the rest of us what exactly you said? I am not familiar with legal terms and such, but I want AU to think that I know what I am talking about. Any advice would really help!

Jason, I read some of the posts by Socrates, and from the looks of it, he will not believe us no matter how many people testify to being screwed by AU.

I'm not sure if this has already been discussed... but I was just browsing amazon and I noticed that they were selling the complete first season of Once and Again on DVD.

Why was it so easy to get that show on DVD but such a struggle to get MSCL?

I used a debit card. Currently AnotherUniverse has $204.98 of my money. The first 89.98 was charged in February, and the other 115 was charged in July without my consent.

Does anyone know what my chances are of having my bank get my money back to me?
