OK, I just canceled my order with AU so I won't be seeing the bonus disc anytime soon. (Oh wait, neither will anyone else... but I digress.) I'd be interested in knowing if one or more people who are holding out for the bonus disc with AU would be willing to eventually share it with Amazon.com buyer...

I also think that if your CC knows that the dispute isn't related to "services" but to "products" that were never shipped, you should be able to dispute them still, even if you ordered in Feb. I think the best bet would be for AU to just drop this "trinket" business entirely and buckle down on delivering what they promised in the first place. It's clear that whatever item Ross is waiting for "pricing" on, it's going to be another involved ordeal that's only going to prolong the completion...
