web based polls usually aren't treated very seriously since the group responding is self-selected. those of us who responded were motivated enough to vote and also take the time to register a user name. however, the results have been very consistent for the duration of the overcharge poll. from the ...

actually, ross, I accept that explanation and its good to hear you've changed the system. i guess if you are processing the credits manually, it could take quite a bit of time to get through them all. i guess there wasn't some way to submit a batch refund?

So maybe you should state that, because to me, when you use my CC without me authorizing it, I consider it fraud and stealing. How can you not consider it stealing? Apparently, you don't remember clicking the "provide six to ten week interest free loan to AU and/or Authorize.net at AU's discretion"...

And his red stapler. Jason, you get an A+ for on target humor. Have you seen the reports stating that the cost of an Aeron chair has declined dramatically in parallel with the dot-com sell-off?

i wonder if we'll appreciate great tv shows when we're 40? i feel like i would have loved mscl if I first saw it at age 40. however, the results of the age poll in the cafeteria were definately skewed to our generation. darn, i keep forgetting to log in... i've been spoiled by the dvd forum which f...

Yaz- Upstairs at Eric's another blast from the past... we should all start a radio station for MSCL fans. By the way, does anyone have a satellite radio? I have been in friends' cars who have it - there are 100 channels and it seems really nifty especially since local radio (at least where I live) ...

I was 21 the first time I saw a MSCL episode. Now 28, I wonder where the last 7 years of my life went! It's fun to watch the vcr tapes i made back then - all of the commercials are so dated.

I know that Asians are very efficient people, but can we really expect them to make 2500+ in just 10 days? Are you stating that inhabitants of other continents , (e.g. North America or Europe), are lazy and inefficient? Heaven forbid if the production of the lunchboxes were in the hands of the Anta...

These lists tell me that MSCL fans have great taste in music. My favorites from other people's lists: Jamiroquai - A Funk Odyssey (Debs) Pixies - Doolittle (ClarenceWorley) Eels - Beautiful Freak (ClarenceWorley) Nevermind - Nirvana (starbug) Depeche Mode- Violator (socalledfan) Yeah, most of these ...

my take is that the discs are in production, and that the delays up to this point should not be attributed to BMG. so while AU is waiting on the discs from BMG, it takes a finite amount of time to manufacture the discs and BMG cannot wave a magic wand and have them produced faster. plus, i'm sure th...

I remember that professor! I watched some of those protests for fun. That was the best! I was there during the riot during Arts Fest. Heh. I can't believe it. My husband (then boyfriend) lived at Park Place on S. Burrowes St (where I always was! LOL) and I lived at Cedarcrest on Beaver. Too funny. ...

weirdness

First, let me say I love the MSCL site - great job! I justed noticed a weird bug. On the Off-Topic forum, What else changed your life thread, the most recent post by socalledfan is only accessible by clicking the little icon under "last post". when you click that, you can read the post, but at the b...

Maybe we were there at the same time. Did you ever grow to love State College? We miss State College a lot. I lived there Fall '97 and Spring '98 at Lion's Gate apartments. Actually, I always told myself I would never set foot on the Penn State campus when I was looking at colleges in 90-91. It tur...
