Ross stated on Oct 10th that BMG was paid for 5,000 units. You say "we now know the above statement is a lie". How do we know that? Because Jason says so? Just asking. Then to be fair, Ross stated that BMG was paid. How do we know that? Because Ross says so? Just asking. I called and spoke to the s...

I'm about to send an email to ross to cancel my order, Should I send it to anyone else ?? And should I fill out the form on the dygrass site also ?? Wendy You can fill out the form on the drygrass site for information purposes, but emailing Ross directly is the best bet. Jason likes to keep track o...

Re: Was there any profit in this set?

I'm just curious. Was there any profit in this set if AU did it right? Did they need to budget everything precisely in order to just break even? The situation certainly "smells" like they ran out of money and are using delaying tactics hoping for cash from somewhere else to arrive, or just staving ...

No, AU saved $2 off the sets THEY bought (the sets you all paid for). They make nothing off the sets being sold at Amazon.com and other retailers.

The number of "no" answers makes you wonder why they even bothered accessing the database! I guess to pacify customers. Yeah, it's pretty sad. Total: 85 Yes: 19 No: 66 I'm glad we set up the form because at least now we have a lot of data for the problems, and we also can prove that AU hasn't done ...

Robert, what would your outfit DO with the unfinished boxes if the payment never happened? OTOH, what is the possibility that they could be finished, and the fans could buy them from you guys directly. Hey, that might even be more profitable! Just thinking out loud here... I asked Robert about this...

My wife knows we went there. On a scale of 1-10, 1 being the tamest, this party was a 2. Oh, good. Actually. I was really just trying to tweak Gord's nose! ;) Lord know, I would NEVER go to a place even remotely like that ! I'm too young and innocent! I'd tweak your nose, but I'd be a...

Re: Didn't receive email

I did report an overcharge via the site a week or so ago, but I didn't receive the email either, and I checked my spam folder as well. I use Yahoo for my email. Aaron Teitlebaum order #W3214025 Ateitle, The email only went out to people that AU had processed (or claimed they had processed). Since y...

I know people have said it takes time for a refund to post, but it should show up as a "pending charge" when you access your account online as soon as the refund is processed by the retailer. For example, if I buy something online, it won't post for 3 to 5 days but it shows up as a pending charge i...

New Email went out...

Jason and I just sent out an email to anyone who reported a double-bill or overcharge on the DryGrass.com customer service form asking people if they received a refund from AU. We're trying to get an idea how many of these refunds were actually processed. Since the email was only sent to those peopl...

Yes, last night when I posted my response there were, in fact, TWELVE members registered at your forum. Congrats on getting up to 25.
