I called from England yesterday - about 6pm here (I think 9am there) and got through second time. Wade was very polite - even asked me why I was cancelling!!! As if he didn't know.

My order was still open though even though I'd cancelled via email several days earlier.

I called toaday (6pm British time) and got through straight away. I told Wade I wished to confirm that my refund had gone through - and he was very polite in confirming that it hadn't. He went on to tell me that he "could do that" for me and then put me on hold for about a minute. I started to think...

... Hey, at least I have something to show my bank.

Yup. Cancelled this morning and regrettably so. I was VERY excited by this project; WE the fans were actually putting ourselves out there and making it happen. I LOVED that. My boxset & bonus disc was going to be a focal point for house-guests for years to come! Unlike many, I had faith in AU right ...

This is really a great idea and serves as a reminder to us all that not everyone is out to do the double-dirty. Here's hoping AU returns our money so we can pay Amazon for our wonderful (minus the bonus) sets xx
