We're working on that as well. We'll be doing something about the price difference and the early purchase issue as well.

Well with all the problems, I can understand. The lunchboxes are printed and getting assembled. We will getting them this month. The bonus disk is being finalized and will be printing within a week. BMG is hand inserting the DVD's into the slipcases and will be shipping to us as soon as they are don...

I'm shocked noone mentioned Misfits of Science. I've already discussed it with Universal. They are still deciding how to handle their TV DVD releases, and shows like that aren't even on the planning board. However they also don't want to license them to anyone else. But I was invited to approach th...

But if I had some reason to go back, I definitely would, and it would go a long way to healing AU's relationship with its customers. Already in the works. Along with developing better customer service systems, a good follow up to the MSCL DVD and making the final package better for everyone. It's n...

Monday/Tuesday?

I also may be able to confirm everything on the bonus disk too. We're getting close to the end here.

Your credit back won't move your place in the order sequence. E-mail me your order number (ross@anotheruniverse.com) and I'll look into it on Monday.

I'm not trying to get into an argument with you over this.

The charges were accidentally done through batch information transfers between our computer systems and our processor. We have completely changed that system in order to make sure it can not happen again.

I asked for it to be updated. I'll check with him again.

Also the fraudulent use is refering to customer cc info being hacked or stolen. While the double charge issue is a problem, its still an internal problem.

kappster, you are confused. AU did not delay the manufacturing of the dvds, but they did post a false shipping date. BMG is more or less on schedule, with a slight packaging error. Nope we posted the date that they told us originally. I've been given a new estimate, but am not going to post it unti...

There wasn't a sarcastic comment there. Just an acceptance of blame and comment about it.

Re: Step up, Ross.

1. Does AU have the copies of the DVDs from BMG or not? DO YOU HAVE THE DVDs OR NOT? SIMPLY, YES OR NO. No we are still waiting on BMG to finish them. Calling them will not help, as I talk to them every day. And so has Jason. 2. What is the status of the lunchbox and bonus disc? They needed adjuste...
