I don't mind to wait one or two weeks more, but could anyone (Jason, Gord or Rose...) tell us whether the DVD is shipping today (17 Sep) on schedule or when is the next target shipping date?

Are we sure of that? Jason, are the sets arriving in our hot little hands on the 17th, or is that the day they leave from AU? I'm thinking the latter. I expect to not have them until at least the 20th at very best, and probably more like the 30th. I'm still thinking when can I receive the DVD set a...

That's good and fair for all of us who had placed pre-order in AU and had been waited for such a long period until now.

If anyone ever put pre-order by DVD Empire, what would be their situation now? I wonder.....

I read from AU webpage, it said the DVD set will be shipped by "Global Priority" mail service. As I'm not living in US, I don't know much about the "Global Priority"..... Would it be a registered mail? I mean does it need signature when arrive the mail destination. Could anyone answer my question? T...

I also don't have a DVD player at home and my computer is not installed with DVD-ROM. I think I'll watch the MSCL DVD by PS2, but the PS2 is borrowed from my brother.

Will AU deliver our DVD by Federal Express or other express service company?

I do believe AU response to phone calls quicker while not they would reply nothing if you send them email or custoemr service form. But I'm in oversea, and because of different time-zone reason, phone calling is not a suitable method for me as well as other fans who is in oversea.

It's so ridiculous that such company would doing their business this way! :x For all of us know that AU is suck and provide bad customer service, and now they even accuse the most helpful messenger who is not getting paid at all unreasonably?! Shouldn't AU employ more employee to handle our orders as well as the customer service? Or they really don't care about customer service?

Justin, sorry if my previous mail hurt anyone, but I wrote it that way was because I wanna express my little bit anger, because I think I at least I deserve a reply to confirm my order if I'm charged. I believe that to confirm my order via email by a few words won't consume AU's employee much time, ...

In case your friends also never receive your email, it is suggested to try another email service provider to try sending email instead, the email lost problem may also come from the email service provider. Gord, I guess the email he sent was lost because there is a typo in your first reply. The email should be gord@drygrass.com instead of gord@grygrass.com
