He e-mailed me back that it was fine, and also assure me that I would not be charged another £30 for shipping as it all counts...

My bonus DVD still hasn't arrived

Well call me selfish but I have a big problem with people gaining from the money I spend. I brought the DVDs and had to spend £30 besides just to see my package arrive in the country. Why should I have bothered if people are going to have free copies floating on the internet? If people want the DVDs...
