I e-mailed the crackwhoreceo@fuckedcompany.com address and the CustomerService@AnotherUniverse.com address. About 1 hour later, I received my tracking number in my inbox. So, those two should work...I obviously got in contact with someone. Give it a whirl again and see what happens, k?

Just wondering how accurate the "expected" delivery dates are on the UPS tracking page. I finally have a tracking # (after AU forgot to send me a set until I e-mailed them), and it says Dec. 18...about 5 business days. Is that about right?

:lol: Since I still didn't have a tracking # and had NO CLUE as to what the status of my order was, I e-mailed crackwhore@fuckedcompany.com and CustomerService@AnotherUniverse.com. About 1 hr later, I checked my e-mail and what did I find? A UPS tracking # magically appeared in my e-mail box. Hmmmm....
