I haven't worked on it in the past month. The program I bought didn't work the way I was expecting to, and I just got so frustrated with it. I want to get it done, but I just can't seem to find the right program that gives me the freedom to do what I want with text and graphics. I was using Print Ar...

The booklet is a great idea! I was a little narked that there was no booklet, or even a simple folding sleeve, when I got my set. It would have just been nice to have a run-down of the epsiodes, airdates and synopsis etc... You could make it a really great project.. I'm sure lots of MSCL fans will ...

You rock, thanks. Do you mind if I put the time line in the booklet I am making for the series set?

I'd like to get a complete time line thru the most recent events with the series set release. Please help me fill in 99-02.

Just wondering how you're doing with the booklet. Any chance we'll get to see a preview when it's ready. I'm looking forward to final product. Thanks for taking the time to make it! Gary Slowly, this past week, I'm afraid. I had a cold that pretty much knocked me out and I was going to bed just a c...

re: No plans for Tick

Perhaps if somebody could take Fox execs to E-bay to show how well the bootleg VCDs and DVDs of the Tick (I have it on both formats, and would gladly replace them with an official DVD set) are selling on Ebay at 25 bucks a pop, sometimes more, then I think they would reconsider their stance. There I...

I never said anything about threatening anyone. How exactly is the FBI going to get involved if I send a courteous letter explaining to his family how their Ross stole money from me (and many other people) and asking their assistance in getting my money returned? Don't you think that his parents or...

Wow, this thread is disturbing. If your threat to contact his family is serious, I doubt Ross will be the only one the FBI will investigate. It's things like this of why people in businesses cannot have pictures of their families displayed on their desks or walls at work, as there is always a threat...

I am working on a DVD booklet

I started last night playing around with making a DVD booklet and I think that I can do this. I will be glad to share the finished project with the posters here, but I was curious to know what you all want to see in the booklet. The majority of the text I was going to pull from MSCL.com (giving prop...

It's due to copy protection on the discs. Not all DVDs are created equal, so it's possible to play a hundred DVDs and not have the same problem, but when you run your DVD player thru your VCR, you will run the risk of getting DVDs with copy protection that detect the VCR, and it sends a singal back ...

Re: audio out of synch with video

I have so far viewed the first 3 Volumes and found that the audio in Episode 10 ("Other People's Mothers") is slightly out of synch with the video. I am eager to know if this defect is more widespread than my particular disk. Yes, it is also that way on my set. It's just a millisecond off, but it's...

I wouldn't thank Ross, personally. Things would have been better without him. He should be sending US the thank you notes for not pulling out when all this crap started happening.

Who is producing them? BMG? I thought there were a set number of sets being produced, then that was it, that there would be a cut off point, it would eventually go on moritorium, and fans would have to wait for Buena Vista to put out a new set later on if they missed on on this one. Even if there ar...

Anybody who does that, IMHO, is reprehensible. The sets are already hard enough to come by, the thought of some people buying more copies than they need to make a profit off of them sickens me. We already have Ross asking the fans to bend over, he doesn't need anybody's help in screwing fans who may...

I saw potential with Birds of Prey. A LOT of potential. I think that they were doing what Smallville did in the first episodes of that series, and that is set up quite a few things to spring board off of later on. Smallville really wasn't that great starting out, but now the series is just awesome. ...
