When I log into this site I always click the box that asks if I want to be automatically logged in when I enter this site....well I always click that box,but I always have to log in again...anyone know why?? It's really a pain to re-log in everytime :( At other sites I am automatically logged in eve...

these guys seem to cover all areas ...to make it difficult in us getting our money back...those frauds.

I was wondering if your visa card was one of those bank cards that has the visa logo on it?otherwise I dont understand why the visa credit card company would say that its your banks decision.

contact your credit card company......tell them the story...i did and they reversed the charges...simple as that...its worth a shot everyone.

sounds like you covered all the bases.especially reporting this to your creditcard company.
but honestly,i dont think there is a fast and painless way of cancelling and getting refunded.so you will be owing your family bigtime for helping you out with phone calls etc.
