Well I cancelled with Amazon.com so I could order from Amazon.ca and save more money, but now they're not carrying it after all so I have to order from Amazon.com again. Sigh.

If you're worried about "my word against theirs", I should point out that for USPS priority mail, delivery confirmation costs extra. Given how cash strapped AU is, I doubt they can afford it. So, it could very well be your word against theirs as to wheter you received any merchandise at all :wink: ...

Call and ask AU to fax that proof of cancellation form to you though! Thanks for the advice. :) But I can't really afford anymore long-distance calls to AU.
