I am in Australia and have a VISA debit (not credit) card. Today I received a refund on the balance charge of $69.98 (charged in August). I haven't received a refund on the initial $20 pre-order amount from February, as that was charged to my father's card and he'll have to dispute it himself. Thank...

All of the discs, to my knowledge, were remastered. Having had an AU order for episodes 4-19, this is something I've been wondering about. Is the box set DVD containing episodes 1-3 of better quality than the old one? I had the impression from early on that you'd just slip your existing DVD into th...

Jason's review talks up the video quality. I wonder if it's better than the first DVD? Although the sound was great, the video quality of the first DVD was quite poor -- very soft and lacking detail. I didn't believe it was a problem with the source material because I'd seen only months before MSCL ...

The standard here in Australia is PAL, but almost all recent TVs support NTSC. In fact, some DVDs sold here are in NTSC format because it's cheaper for distributors to use the material already produced in overseas NTSC markets (e.g. the US) instead of doing thier own transfer from the source materia...

I made my cancellation through the customer service form at http://www.anotheruniverse.com/help/au/contact_us.asp -- will that work or do I have to e-mail Ross as well? The promised turnaround at that page is 7 to 10 business days, and I'm wondering if my cancellation might not be processed before t...

I just want to thank Jason for laying it all out on the table without any BS. Too often these days, information gets put through a PR filter before we hear it, so it's refreshing to see things come out nice and raw. While I was going through my e-mail records to get the required details for cancelli...

I just ordered and shared the love with everyone above after brainysmurf's post, except for Deb whose request came too late.

Bitterman, you can edit your own post and delete your e-mail address once you've received the share the love e-mail, so spam harvesters won't have enough time to see it.
