I finally got a refund form in the mail.
I am going to send it back today and risk including my CC info.
I'm in the UK and seeing as arnesbarnes above has had some money back there may be hope for me.

Just curious. Buena Vista get the masters back in April. They have started to release dvd sets of other TV shows. Might they do their own MSCL release? Is there anything to prevent them from doing so? With all the talk this current release has generated people in the biz must know what's been going ...

I'd urge everyone else to do the same as well.
(I'm in the UK so we'll see how far reaching the IFCC can go!)

My cc company only have 3 months records on screen, so couldn't assure me that the original payments fell within their "dispute remit", which is why they told me to write as there are obviously special circumstances with this whole debacle!
