Why? What's the problem with using a US site?
I'm in the UK, ordered from DeepDiscountDVD.com, they are on their way and only cost £36. Incredible really.

Just spoke to VISA. I was told if I hadn't cancelled they could've got my refund under the 'unsent goods' clause since AU missed their promised delivery date. Since I cancelled the only way I can get a refund is if I can get correspondance from them acknowledging the cancellation AND my Credit Card ...

After waiting trusting hoping, I decided to cancel. I realised that I'd rather be fighting with the bank to get back my full payment than get a DVD set and then fight to get the bonus, lunchbox & t-shirt and still not get my overcharge refunded. Almost feel like ordering something else just to find out.

It took a while but I'm happy to say Ross is now sorting out my overcharge. So I won't be cancelling, just yet...
