I live in Austin, Tx and I finally received the bonus materials yesterday.

Mine was a check - not a money order.

My refund check arrived yesterday - from the American Entertainment Group LLC also.

Great news!! My refund check has arrived! I mailed the refund request form last Friday and the check arrived today - exactly one week later.

Funky-monkey - that is fantastic news! Do you remember when you mailed the refund form? Also, did you give them a credit card number?

I mailed my Refund Request form back on Friday via certified mail - like I said I was going to in my earlier post. Today the green card got back to me showing it had been delivered. Guess who signed for it??? Ross Rojek himself!

I received the refund request form today too. I'm going to return it by certified mail so I'll know it was received. I'm afraid to even hope that this will finally be resolved - sigh.

I finally got a reply email today from customer service at Another Universe. Below is what was in the email:

I was just wanting to ask the same question Flagg. I sent the form to both email addresses (just in case - lol) but have not received any kind of claim form yet.

I received my dvd set on Friday - just as the online UPS tracking info said. Based on what I'd been reading in this forum I was afraid that they were sent requiring signature, so I left a note on my door referencing my tracking number and authorizing them to leave it on my porch without my signature...

Thanks Megs - I bet you're right. I wasn't thinking about it being an apartment - I was just worrying about missing the Friday delivery and having to wait till the next week to get them!!

apex - did UPS not deliver it because you were not there to sign for it? I frequently receive UPS shipments but they are left on my front porch. Your experience makes me wonder if AU is specifying on the UPS delivery instructions that a signature is required.

I did the pre-order thing back sometime in February - right after we were told about the dvd set.

Well - I don't know what the two packages thing means on the UPS tracking site - but I doubt if I'm getting two sets. I only ordered one set -never did cancel or uncancel or anything. I have paid for two though - with my $115 overcharge that still hasn't been credited back.
