Rokfire - I did get an email confirmation when I placed the order a while back. I got it right away actually. I did not cancel for any reason other then I could get them in my hands quicker buy just going to Best Buy!

I was driving home from work and I past a Best Buy, I just pulled in without thinking about it!! Talk about absolutely NO self-control!!!!! I just could not wait anymore. My finace thinks I am crazy because I have been to AU.com (let's not get into that!), Amazon.com, and DDDVD.com. I cancelled them...

I was so happy when I got them last night!! I have been waiting for so long to get these on DVD. I have them on tape of course but it is not the same at all, plus the tapes are starting to go bad! To see MSCL again, to hear the opening sequence music, to see all the characters again....Heaven!!!

I was just wondering of anyone who has used DDDVD before knows how to cancel an order?? I looked all over the website and could not find how to do that. I emailed them but did not hear back yet. I went to Best Buy last night and bought the set, I could not wait anymore and it was only about 10 dolla...

It was a while ago, about the beginning of October, when I cancelled my order with AU.com. I did not see a refund within the next week so I wrote them an email threatening all sorts of legal action and two days later my money was refunded. That's my story. I hope it works for you as well

That is indeed a valid point and I did think about that after I wrote my last post, but I do believe Jason is just trying to help us get these DVD's and is doing his very best to help everyone.....and that is never easy as he is finding out.

Cate, I do not post many messages I will admit, I like to read them all to see what is going on. I got my refund a month after I cancelled so I could care less about AU anymore. But reading everything you have written, you continually give the benefit of doubt to these people. You are always coming ...

You just cancelled Friday and you already looking for a refund on you credit card!! I got my refund back 2 days shy of one month!! It will definitely take longer then 5 days, remember who you are dealing with. Goof luck getting your money back
