On the issue of SIT I think there have been references to Giles spying on Buffy before her true calling. There was even a flash back to her sitting on the steps of her old school before she left for Sunnydale and Giles and or that other demon (what was his name?) looking at her knowing she would pl...

Re: classes! ah!

Miss Mayhew - the original English teacher and yearbook advisor mysteriously disappeared after the Pilot (in Father Figures, Angela says, "I think she quit.") Mr. Rinaldi (the Spanish teacher) - in Father Figures, the students tell Miss Krzyzanowski that the last time Mr. Rinaldi "taught" the class...

Re: Nov 26 episode

And didn't Giles once mention the first vampire, a demon that took human form eons ago? The Master was old, but no one ever said he was the oldest . Yes, in "The Harvest" , Giles explained... This world is older than any of you know. Contrary to popular mythology, it did not begin as a paradise. Fo...

I guess it was just weird to me because none of my friends ever had two beds in their room unless they shared the room with siblings. Some of them had trundle beds for when friends slept over, though, so I suppose it really isn't that strange that Sharon had two beds for when Angela spent the night....

Would that be Armin Shimerman, aka Principal Snyder? If so, that is so cool! Why did I not know this?

Even if not, books with sixteenth century insults are always worth a read. I'll have to check it out. Thanks for the recommendation...

Sharon's room

So I was watching Strangers in the House the the other day, and I noticed that in Sharon's room, there are two twin beds. This struck me as a little odd. Why would she have two beds in her room? There was never any mention, to my recollection, of Sharon having any siblings. I suppose it's possible t...

Re: Nov 26 episode

Wow my thoughts exactly...along with ohmygosh, ohmygosh, ohmygosh! I just got through watching tonight's episode of Buffy. So people all kinds of questions: Is Principal Woods evil or just under a "trigger" command like Spike was/is? Of the original three "bad" boys from last year, what do you thin...

I believe that would be "Pressure" by Sunscreem.

I have spent the last couple days catching up on some of the older posts on this site, and I thought the following might be of interest since they relate to the whole Jordan vs. Brian debate. For now I will simply post the URLs, but I will most likely come back and post my thoughts on the matter som...

It's strange because I have been known to fastforward through the credits of all my favorite shows...but for some reason the second I hear Rayanne say "Go Now Go" and the MSCL intro music starting, I get this weird rush of excitement and couldn't possibly fastforward, even if I wanted to. I feel gid...

questions related to "Sleeper"

Questions for the Court: 1. Do you think Giles is going to die? If not, how will he get out of this predicament? If so, how will they use Anthony Stewart Head for the remaining episodes he has promised to do? 2. The man in the apartment where the girl had been killed, who was then stabbed himself. I...

Here's my experience with Eliza (aka AU customer service) >Hi, I’m Eliza. *Can you help me get my MSCL DVD’s? >Don’t you believe I can help you get your MSCL DVD’s. *I don’t think so. You’ve proven yourself to be quite ineffectual in the past. >Does that...

Wow, katy. You and I have a lot of faves in common! Tracey, I was actually thinking that when I read your movies list...hey, anyone with a Christian Bale obsession is good in my book. I'd have to add Swing Kids and Much Ado about Nothing to your list... And in response to your signature (from Surpr...

More crying moments: Seeing Spike break down crying at the end of "The Gift." I mean, it's sad enough to see them all gathering and looking at the body, but to see Spike of all people, a murderous vampire who killed two slayers himself, lose it like that... I totally hear you there and quite agree....
