Okay, I just got off the phone with AU. I told them that I had been double billed and that they owe me a credit of $115. The guy (Buddy) said "No problem." He said I should have the credit within a week. So, that was fairly simple. But now I'm a little nervous. I'm just hoping that my original order...

I checked my on-line credit card statement today and found that I have also been double charged. $115 was charged to my credit card on July 23. I plan on calling AU as soon as they open up today. I'll let you know if I have any success.
