Ross himself has admitted that the multiple charge problem lied within AU's "shopping cart", NOT Authorize.net.

Ditto that! It's refreshing to have someone stand up for the "little people," especially when AU would probably pay him off to shut up.

NO - your BANK will get your money back. Waiting for AU to refund your money is fruitless, but NOT your bank. DO go through your bank if you haven't already.

Umm...because they did the charges themselves? It's pretty obvious really. It's easy to put two and two together. Just look back at the facts: Overcharges occur. AU blames their CC company. CC company laughs at this allegation. AU eventually admits "it was their shopping cart." Now I've worked on co...

I'd love to give Jason a bonus for the work he's done (or even just for being a cool guy :) ), but for some reason I've always been hesitant regarding PayPal. Has anyone had any problems with it? One recommendation: http://www.planetfeedback.com - look up PayPal in the "shared stories" area of the ...

To my knowledge, the MSCL DVD (the one that was released a LONG time ago, not the new set) was Region 1 only. That's probably why your DVD player had trouble with it. The DVD did have some problem spots (like a menu not working), but the color on mine was fine and I never had a frame problem.

Thanking Jason

When the DVD first came to fruition, I brought up the idea of thanking Jason for his hard work, but he was modest and nixed the idea. Well after all he's been through, and the fact that he's "making less than a Burger King employee" for this project, AND the possibility that he won't get paid until ...

KC - just a FYI even though you said you're cancelling: only the first 2500 people got a lunchbox. Since you ordered in Sept (FAR after the 2500 limit), you would just get the DVD's and bonus disk.

Oooo...Dr. Katz. I'd go for that one too. My friends and I just watched "The State: Skits and Stickers" VHS the other week. They'd never seen it before and were dying. Good times. :) I knew that Freaks and Geeks had trouble with the music clearance, which was why I wrote "even though I know it will ...
