Re: Newbies!

I just found this site yesterday and I've been yapping away without ever introducing myself. So hi!!!! I'm from Ireland, I'm 26, I have a 4yr old son, and I love MSCL now as much as I did back in the 'day. I'm already semi-addicted to this site, there are so many wonderful memories and opinions here...

Re: Jordan Catalano in real life

There was a "Jordan" at my school too, wayyyyy back in '95 or '96. He was called Joe, and I was obsessed with him. He was in my art class - not because he was into art, but because it got him out of Chemistry class. He had short brown hair with a longish bit at the front that he was constantly brush...

Re: What are lifers listening to these days?

Lyrics are my thing...I am mostly into female singer/songwriters. In my past life I travelled the country and wrote great songs and played the guitar, or maybe piano. The things that are popular today worry me...Lady Gaga, are you F$#%ing kidding me? NO, I DO NOT WANT TO RIDE ON YOUR DISCO STICK! B...

Re: What are Lifer's watching these days?

I'm liking True Blood at the minute, when I heard about it first I thought it was just another attempt to jump on the Twilight bandwagon, but I was pleasantly surprised. I seem to spend the majority of my TV time watching box sets of stuff I watched years ago, I recently found the entire Ally McBeal...

Re: Buffy the Vampire Slayer

I adore Buffy the Vampire Slayer, the "high school as hell" concept really seems to hit home with me in a lot of TV shows  I bought seasons 4-7 last week along with MSCL and I'm halfway through season 4 now. I really want to watch them in order but I'm itching to skip to season 6, my favourite....

Re: a REAL revival...

I think it would be a terrible idea to remake it. I'm not a fan of remakes in general, or even cover versions in music. Anyone who watched MSCL in the early 90's witnessed the original "teen drama". What would a remake include? A thousand gadgets for a start. Angela would probably be recording all h...

Re: Just another obsessed fan?

I was just a young teen when MSCL originally aired in Ireland. For the last 15 years, one name has stayed with me constantly: Jordan Catalano. I couldn't remember much about the episodes, but every time I thought of his name, I was transported right back to that summer when I ached for him almost as...
