@Brunkster: although it's been a longer while ago... you're right on the Live-CD (just like Tomspeed already wrote). The association is: #18 (the weekend) - scene with the bunch of them sitting in the bedroom, trying to figure out how to solve the on the hand-cuffs - the music playing on the radio/t...

well, since it seems kind of hard to get, some advice on the last one:

- it's not a "word", but some "association" (for something that ain't to be said but still heard)
- there's a bed involved
- it's been "invented" in the same state our protagonists live in
