Re: 2007 Region 1 Complete Set Rerelease (ShoutFactory)

Wow, I haven't been on these boards in 3 years, that's kinda sad. But in only a few short minutes I've seen half a dozen names I remember fondly, that's good to see. I'm still watching my DVD's Another Universe. Only just heard about the re-release. I'm glad it's the Freak and Geeks DVD people makin...

I just caught this movie at the astor theatre(they play movies that have finished there theatrical run), I really loved it. It has to be one of the best movies i've seen this year.

The concept behind it(you don't even get the full thing from the trailer btw), is just legendary.

I absolutely love this show! Watching it, totally takes me back to when I was little. I'd pay whatever they wanted to get this show with the music. I can't believe anyone would consider removing or changing the music in this show. The music was so pivotal, unlike in shows today, the music totally se...

hurrahh

Cinders_25uk seems right about the shipping, for my international order arrived today. I live in Melbourne, Australia, and I pre-ordered in March of whatever year it was, who the hell can remember. Have to pick it up from my mum's though, no way in hell I was gonna take a chance with changing my add...

With all these people living in the US haven't recieved it, how long is it gonna take to reach Australia? Has any international orderers recieved their bonus stuff? Last time AU divided up all the orders into waves, with all international orders, being in the second. I hope they haven't done this ag...

Robert Gant on Queer as Folk (2002-2005)

Probably no one will care, as this is not related to the main cast but...

I was watching my DVD's recently and I happened to recognise Gunther of "Gunther and Liz" fame as Ben from season 2 of Queer as Folk.

I just thought it was funny.

I haven't recieved a tracking number either.

Have gotten all the emails, and have even on rare occasions gotten replies from within AU.

Just get me my f*@king set!

I don't have the set yet, so I can't claim to be %100 sure, but these lines, don't sound at all like anything that could have happened to the master tape. This definitely sounds like a glitch somewhere in it's transfer to a digital source, or it's compression into DVD's MPEG4 format. If you've ever ...

All those problems that people are finding with the discs, are in actual fact Subliminal Messages inserted by AU at their warehouse, that is telling us to buy that $400 Twilight Zone box set.

I actually had this idea but unfortunately, I don't have a DVD burner, so I was just going to make a transcript of whatever was on the discs, and send it to this site. I don't even think that's illegal. But this site already has transcripts of the episodes anyway. But copying the discs for the peopl...

Don't want to stir up false hopes, but keep this in mind. It has been confirmed that AU has paid for the lunchboxes, and they are currently being pressed. Also, recently via press releases and advertising, AU has been very LOUD in stating the Lunchbox AND bonus disk make up the "Collector's set". In...

I got a reply from Mike, with a similarly vague indication of when international orders are going out, but at least a valid explanation, i think.

Because of the customs tags and a bigger box size needed to tape them they are part of the "second Wave"
