Why do I feel like I am always late to the party in this forum?! lol!

Did anything ever come of this? Anyone, hello??????
There's so many different ways to be connected to people.
There are the people you feel this unspoken connection to,
even though there's not even a word for it.
There's the people who you've known forever, who know you in
this way that other people can't, because they've seen you
change...

they've let you change.

Whoa, that's an old topic :).

No, unfortunately, we never went through with that "mini convention" idea. Maybe there were some small local meetups, I'm not sure. It's one of these things where you always tell yourself "we should do that one day", but somehow it never gets done because noone takes charge. Ah, well, maybe someday... on the show's 25th anniversary ... ;-)

Yeah, that's kind of my thing...to try and revive old topics!! We need a few more volunteers to do that and try and get more activity in the forum!

It's too bad a mini-convention never happened, but like you say maybe one day! I'd be willing to help plan when my kids get a little older...but hopefully something will happen before the show is 25 years old!

PS. I've been to Germany, loved it! :D

Ha ha - five years since I started this thread. I hope someday some of us will get together. There haven't been many shows that matched MSCL since.

I hope to get out to LA and see the school, and the house used in the series. Maybe meet some LA forum members.

That's really cool! I hope you get a chance to do that! Does anyone know where the house actually is?

Technically, we should be meeting in your neck of the woods! I'll actually be in Ligonier this weekend!

All I know is that it is in Culver City somewhere. I've been to Culver City because my friend goes to UCLA, which is in Beverly Hills nearby. I've actually been on Tennessee Avenue, which is a very long street spanning a lot of LA, but apparently Tennessee is the name of the street where the warehouse they used for a studio was located. (MSCL was very low budget according to DVD feature interviews)..and it's also the fictitious location of the warehouse where Rickie stays during the Xmas episode.

Yeah, I think we've discussed the low budget thing somewhere in here before...I think it was a god thing for the show. So-Called Angels is one of my fave episodes!

Ligonier is a nice little town, I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

I have the address for the house, but I don't think we're supposed to post it on the forum.

If you need it, or just want it to see the house on goggle street maps, I can PM the address to you.

Yeah, Ligonier is very cute. Some of my husband's family is there, and in Tarentum so we have to head that way every once in awhile.

I would totally drive by the house if I was ever out that way. I'd be standing on the sidewalk taking pictures!!!!
